Oh man... I'm feeling the work out today, especially in the shoulders and upper legs. Last night I bought healthier snacks and tossed the pringles in the trash. There asn't much of those left anyway, so I don't feel bad wasting food. :)

chicken breast w/ side of carmelized onions & mushrooms - 322 cal, 6 g
2 eggrolls - 180 cal, 3g
Totals for the day - 1,352 cal, 25.5 g
According to this Calorie Calculator, I'm under the amount of calories needed for weight loss... 1,673. Working out again tomorrow!

Never feel bad about getting rid of the bad-for-you food! Just like you should never feel bad about not cleaning your plate. :)
It's tough after the first day back, isn't it? HA!
I've had to teach myself to throw food away. It gets easier the more you do it. But it was SUPER hard to learn to do, especially since money was so tight growing up.
